Which size should I order?

Heirloom by Josh Leong shoes are sized in EU sizing, and are available in sizes EU 38 to EU 45. They fit true to size, so feel confident to select the same size that you usually are for European shoe brands. If you are in between sizes, we would recommend that you size up to the nearest whole size. For further help with sizing, please email us at info@heirloombyjoshleong.com.

Does Heirloom by Josh Leong offer exchanges or refunds?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for items purchased.

However, we does allow exchanges for all purchases within 28 days from the date of purchase.

You will need to arrange and pay for the shoes to be shipped back to Heirloom by Josh Leong (8 Jalan Kilang Barat, #07-02 Central Link, Singapore 159351), and the replacement pair will be shipped to you free of charge.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Heirloom by Josh Leong packaging included. Shoes must be tried on a soft carpeted surface to avoid any marks or damages to the soles or leather. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
