We ship worldwide from Singapore, using DHL Express to ensure that your items arrive promptly and in good condition.

How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?

We offer free delivery within Singapore, and your items will arrive within 2 to 3 business days of placing your order.

For international shipping worldwide, we charge a flat rate of 50 Singapore Dollars (SGD), and your items will arrive within 3 to 4 business days of placing your order.

Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping reference to track the status of your delivery.

Will I have to pay duties and taxes?

Singapore

We ship directly from Singapore. No duties or taxes will be charged when shipping within Singapore.

Rest of World

We ship DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) to all other countries outside Singapore. As the purchaser, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your delivery from customs on arrival to your country or region. Heirloom by Josh Leong is unable to advise or predict the amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
